South Lodberrie is available to rent by the week, from Saturday to Saturday. The current weekly rate is £980 plus a £60 cleaning charge. Please check availability and contact us to book.
The property is available from 2 pm on the Saturday of arrival until 10 am on the Saturday of departure. We generally need to adhere to these times to allow the property to be fully cleaned and prepared between lets, but we try to be as accommodating as possible to meet specific requirements.
Booking Terms
Schedule: Bookings run weekly from Saturday at 2 PM to the following Saturday at 10 AM.
Payment: We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking confirmation, with the balance payable prior to arrival.
House Rules: The house is strictly non-smoking, and we regret that we cannot accept pets. Additionally, due to the open staircase, the property is not suitable for young children.
Kareene and I are proud Jews and Israelis; our house has both Shetland and Israeli flags at the kitchen window. If this is a cause for concern for you, please find alternative accommodations. Thank you
